There must be:
COLD AIR
· The air must be below freezing and the air must be cold both in the clouds and at ground level.
MOISTURE FROM CLOUDS
· There must be water vapor in the air and condensated clouds with a lot of moisture.

· A Blizzard occurs because...
- when a cold air mass moves out of the Arctic into the temperate zone.
The heavy cold air rises along the boundary between the two air masses.
This boundary is called a cold front.
The rising action produces blizzards.

· Blizzard's mostly happen in the dangerous cold mass that produce blizzards They usally come from the North Pole ,South Pole in the central Unitied, British, cloumbia, canada,and rocky montains although Blizzards are actually not as commonin the U.S as in some parts of the world but, they say the blizzards in the U.S are more dangerous because the less prepared in the U.S
